Can't Create a New Mobile Account

I am having some trouble creating a new mobile account.
I have recently come to virgin Mobile and I received my phone last week and ported my old number (from tmobile) within 24 hours. I left it a while before trying to create one, just to be sure my number was registered. 
Anyways I have been trying all day and keep on getting this damn message up

"We still need to set up your security details to finish setting up your account"


I put my security answer in ok just every time I click continue this comes up with the number I should ring. Why do I need to do this? Can't I just create an account? 

Anyone who can help that would be great thank you.

There's no way to fix this without you calling in.

 

Please call our mobile team on 789 or alternatively on  0345 6000 789 so we can take a look at this for you.
