Can not login to my account web page

The My Account app works but the web page access to my account is locked. I know the email address for the account and thought I knew password. BUT when I try to login or use the forgotten password screen nothing happens, same with forgotten username and password screen even there the option to send details gives no response.

You'll need to ring 789 and ask for this to be reset then I'm afraid Smiley Sad Or try online chat Smiley Happy

Seems to have recovered from my iPhone which suggests it was a bug or ....up
