CREDIT FOR UPGRADE

Please explain what this means.  I have been trying to upgrade my handset and want a loyalty discount.  Apparently my credit level is C1 which VM agent describes as poor, I absolutely have no credit problems so is this level something applied internally and what are the criteria?

Second post today and one of many that come in.

It's not likely your credit rating it is them.

Re: CREDIT FOR UPGRADE

Thanks. Their agents don't seem to have a clue, you would think they would rush it through as it may mean more profit?
