CCA AGREEMENT SIGNATURE PENDING

I upgraded my phone online on Tuesday 8th July with zero problems. I received the credit agreement via email which I read thoroughly and clicked on the sign button.  I have checked the order and the order is stating CCA Agreement Signature pending. I have called the Virgin mobile customer service up and they say the signature has gone through ok.  Well my question is, If it has gone through ok why does it still state CCA Agreement Signature pending on the order status ?.

Has anyone else had this problem ?  Am I likely to get my phone or not ?  This is the first time I have upgraded my contract and had this problem, relatively new to this. Please help !!
