Broardband bill

I paid my broadband bill 4 days ago and I got a quick pay email back to confirm I had paid. But it's still showing that I owe the amount I paid and the money has gone out of my bank. Any idea when it shows on ur account u have paid.

Sometimes it can take a little while for your My VM to update however as long as you've had a receipt and the money has been taken then you're all good Smiley Happy
