Billing and payment - service cut

I didnt have enough funds for my last DD payment, so payment not made and I havent gotten round to yet. However, my mobile data seems to have been cut off? My outstanding bill is less than a quarter of my credit limit. And I thought my service would be suspended if i was close to or exceed my limit?

I'm afraid if you haven't paid the bill in full, your services may be suspended. Please give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 and we'll look into this for you.
