Bill Paid : Service Suspended

Hello,

My phone prompted me that my prepaid 40$ single line bill was due yesterday morning and promptly suspended my services. I quickly made a payment at about 11:30 am on 3/26/2017. It is 9:30 am 3/27/2017 and my service is still suspended.

Every attempt to call Customer Support has been to no avail; I was told my service should have been reinstated by Midnight last night at the latest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
