Good luck with your cancellation. I cancelled (within the 14 days and with no equipment supplied or phone usage) in November and I'm still waiting for them to cancel my account. I apparently still have a mobile phone number according to my online account and I am still receiving emails with "bills" (though they are at least nil). I'm sick of ringing up and speaking to people who cannot understand you, aren't interested and then hang up on you, so I've given up. Looks like once you're in (even for just 1 day in my case) then you can't get out!! In the new year I am going to write to Virgin mobile, God forbid a technology company should have email, and copy in trading standards to see if that inspires them to close my account. Best of luck!
