I cannot log into my virgin mobile account anywhere except on a computer which is very frustrating. It ticks my user name & password so I know both are correct then refuses to log me in. There is no point in having an app that won't let you log in. I have tried all the usual things, have tried changing my password nothing works and I'm fed up with it now. Virgin customer service have been useless telling me to try later. Well it's been 3 months now how much later is later. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
