Any help!?!

Last night my phone ran out of battery which it switched off me being me I threw away the sim card stuff so had no codes. I wasn't able to go on my phone so had to take out simply now I'm looking for puk code online & it's not showing up anywhere! I can't ring cos I don't have sim card in & when the technician came out to install he said the phone line wasn't working so he couldn't do it leaving me to pay for it yet not even have it ahaha is there any other way to get in contact cos at this moment I'm paying for nothing! I must say I think it's a terrible idea to need a code every time your phone switches off. Any help is appreciated.

Hi LilJacky2x,

 

log in to your Virgin Mobile account and click on the "Plan and device" tab.

Near the bottom of that page on the left you will see your PUK code.

If you check the settings on your phone you may find that you can turn off the requirement for entering a code each time your phone is switched off from there.

Thanks for the reply but when I press on plan and device it says "oops something went wrong"
