Amazon / Virgin Voucher Scam?

I placed an order for a Virgin Sim Deal on the basis that I would receive a £35 Amazon gift card as part of the deal.

I received an email to say i would receive the voucher within 30 days, but it never arrived.

So, I called Virgin who told me it was nothing to do with them, and ring USwitch.  I rang Uswitch, and they told me it definitely Virgin - what is all this about!?!?!

I'm getting pretty cheesed off!!

Re: Amazon / Virgin Voucher Scam?

Hi broady1980,

you need to contact the customer care team at virginmediaoffers@mgomd.com

USwitch website terms and conditions

The voucher can take up to 3 months to be processed.

Re: Amazon / Virgin Voucher Scam?

Hi and thanks for the message.

But, I've already emailed they exact email address twice, and not had any response.
When I call Virgin they don't know anything about it either.

Any other suggestions?

Re: Amazon / Virgin Voucher Scam?

Hi broady1980,

Sorry you haven't received your vouchers yet. May I ask how long ago you signed up for the deal?

Thanks

Mike

Re: Amazon / Virgin Voucher Scam?

Hi!

I have had the same problem. Took my contract with Virgin on 28/09/16 and received an email stating I would have details of how to claim my reward within 30 days, it is now 03/01/16 and I have heard nothing even though I have emailed the email address that was disclosed in the email. I am really disappointed as I took this into account when taking my contract, think I might just change provider as I am on 30 day rolling. Virgin have not helped at all
