Adult content lock

Hi the thing is I have registered my my account with you the problem is my content lock is on but when I try to log in it's saying not registered can you help?

Just have to wait until it's back up and running, can I ask, are you also using the latest my account app from Virgin? If you are can you also confirm if you have a 3g or 4g virgin sim card and is the latest app showing you your latest balance?

Seems the email and password access to the mobile accounts is back working again, pity the application isn't.
