Account suspended

I paid my bill 5th January and 6th after my account was left over drawn so cancelled my direct debit and changed to my partners bank account, but my account has been suspended which is rediculous as not due to pay again till February..

Hi Kellycairns,

 

issues with account cannot be dealt with here by other members.

You need to call and speak to a member of the customer service team.

If you have access to another phone, it's free call 150 from a Virgin Media line or 789 from a Virgin mobile.

0345 6000 789 (standard rate call) from any other phone.

I was told to post on community forum and someone would get back to me, I don't have any other mobile or landline to call so was advised to do this

the Virgin forum Team do go through unresolved posts in date order.
