I have a rolling SIM contract for my sons phone. I don't live in the UK but he does. My account was suspended as I'd been sent a new debit card. I rang to give new card details but won't verify but I evetually managed to pay what was outstanding online 26 hours ago. My son still can't use his phone. I don't want to call Virgin again as I was on phone for about 15 mins yesterday and it will cost a fortune!
