I pay online rather than direct debit and have done for years. I just forgot to pay. I paid the outstanding amount this morning and tried to use my phone this afternoon with the message of my account being suspended, do I need to call or will it go back to normal now that ive paid.
I recall seeing a post here that stated it could take up to 72 hours to get services restored (after being suspended.) You could of course try a reboot of the phone and see if it is working again. Or call in again to see if customer services can speed things along.
