I've made a £75 payment on my account yesterday still can't make calls why getting really angry I'm disabled as in unable to leave the house my phone is my life line I need it put back on I've made payment so why is it still suspended ?
Now I can't access blueyonder email it won't even open on my safari says server isn't opening Sara ?? I'm really really had enough I can't do any thing are virgin media playing games or do they not know what they are doing I'm a bipolar and my illness is quite bad so I'm to scared to go out so u need my phone but what ever I try to do I can't !!!
Have you not got anyone in your home or who visits that can call Virgin on your behalf to deal with your phone issue?. I always deal with Virgin Mobile and other providers on my partners behalf. Pretty much anyone you know can speak to Virgin on your behalf if they have your permission and account details to give over the phone.
