Account suspended for no reason?

Hello,

I appear to have been completely locked out of my mobile account today.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

I can't call 789 to get back up and running, as they say.

I don't have a landline to call them from and there is no way of sending an email.

Ridiculous!!

Have you checked the service status page to see if your nearest EE mast is down?

Hi Gorf,

I tried the service status, but it only showed issues with broadband and cable.

You might need an administrator such as @Stephen_B to look into it because Virgin will need details that aren't appropriate for a public forum. Whoever gets this will contact you by PM with a request for details.

Due to the nature of your query and for security reasons you would need to give the Mobile team a call.

 

You would need to call from a landline on 0345 6000 789 as your mobile is suspended.
