Accessing Virgin Mobile Account

Hi All - Trying to create new password for my mobile phone account so that I can view my bill. The request requires my email address which I enter in the box provided.  Virgin response has been sent to a different email so I am unable to access the required information. To clarify...my working email consists of letters followed by numbers @blueyonder etc.  The emailed response from Virgin excludes the numbers from the address and is therefore not accessible. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for your post on the Community Forum. I'm sorry that you're having a problem with creating a new password for your online mobile account. Has this been sorted out for you since your post?
