Abroad....help please

Currently abroad..... can not access data/receive signal.
Can not change setting online as I have forgotten my password...... only way I can reset it is to receive a txt message which I can't receive due to having no signal.
Every email I send bounces back...... no idea what to do.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think that your best option may be to borrow another phone to call Virgin Mobile and have them set up your account for roaming.
Their UK support line number is: +447953 967 967
