789 for Tarrif and FAQ

Dialling 789 has an issue telling the customer what his or her tariff is and what they receive every month.

This is option 2 then you just let the guy ramble on, but when it gets to the part of telling you what you get every month it just goes silent, then after about a dozen seconds a female voice says it looks like you've forgot to let us know what you'd like next.

Can this be officially passed on to whom concerned as it wasn't always like this.

Thanks for being so patient. I've been looking into this and there's no issues with the phone system itself.

 

When you're making outbound calls, is your number withheld?

My number is not withheld. 

 

I listened again today and still the tariff and faq doesn't complete properly.
