Is it intentionally inspired, or just sloppy and incompetent, of VM to have a recorded voice message suggesting you call 789 when you call 789 from a suspended account, to reactivate the account?And are the 'online chat' agents ever available.
The advisors are often busy. I recommend using a PC or laptop and keep the page open, just refresh it every few minutes until chat becomes available.

I've been trying to contact this joke of a company customer service since some tosser miss-sold a tariff change. Then it appears the crappy VM bloatware decided to update over the cellular network.
You know it might actually be quicker to take VM to court for breach of implied contract & unfair T&C.
