Just had a very disappointing conversation with CS.
I'm in the middle of my 24 month contract and have just been told I would have to wait until it finishes before upgrading to 4G. Despite what it says on the account overview screen on the website, you can't just change it like you can add more data say.
If you are on a monthly sim only contract I believe you can though.
Im one of the thousands who have waited for 4G patiently only to be told I can't have it.
I'm absolutely livid about this and am escalating it further.
