3G -4G And keep old number?

Is it possible to change from a 3g rolling sim to a 4g double data sim, and still keep the old number? If so, how? Thanks.

Hi johnharris1,

yes Smiley Happy

Virgin Mobile now send out "triple cut" multi type SIM's (Mini, Micro, Nano) that you just pop out to the correct size for your device.

Re: 3G -4G And keep old number?

Hi johnharris1,

yes it is Smiley Happy.

If you log in to your Virgin Mobile account and select "Plan and Device" you should see the option to change your tariff and select a new 4G one.

Selecting a 4G tariff will automatically prompt a SIM replacement but this is necessary for 4G. Your same mobile number will transfer onto the new SIM.

Remember that the 4G tariff will not go live until your next refresh date.

Alternatively you could give the Team a call (free on 789 from your mobile) to discuss moving to 4G.

Thanks, I take it that the new sims come in different sizes to suit different phones, to that in your profile?
