Applied for the £12 month, 2500 Mins, Unlimited texts & 2GB of data special offer on 31st Jan 2017. The offer gave you an extra 2GB giving a total of 4GB Data for the same price. I have today got my first bill? (have not got the SIM yet), and it says the offer is 2GB not 4GB. I don't have the facility of a free 150 call and I cant get on to Talk with us facility or find an email address that applies to this problem?
