I've just got a new phone and pay monthly contract. Today my phone number was ported across from my old provider. I tried making a call but I got a message that I don't have enough credit. In the my account app it says I have 1500 minutes remaining.
I have turned phone off and I have reinserted sim card.
In desperation I even tried topping up £5 on the app. Still no calls.
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with you mobile service since your number has ported over to your Virgin mobile. Has this issue been resolved for you since your post?
