why is my bill wrong

Every month my bill I saying over £200 when I don't owe this much! My bill should be £117.... Due tomorrow but my account has been suspended AGAIN and its saying I have to pay £142..... To regain my services!! What is going on. I'm so tired of virgin media messing me around like this!

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been having an issue paying your bill. 

 

Looking at the account, the amount has been made up of previous balance plus the monthly price from this month too. You can see what you've been charged for by checking your bills within My Virgin Media here: My VM

 

The best advice I can give is to ensure you pay off the full balance asap. This will put you back down to your agreed monthly price. If you pay this off in full each month, you won't pay over that unless you have call charges or Pay Per View charges.
