Been directed here from virgin facebook page as this is "the first time they hear about it". Why is the virgin page super slow as soon as you try access your bills or payment? Been timed out so many times over the last 2 years whilst trying to pay its unreal.... How to solve this problem? Doesn't matter what I use to access it or where from (tried even from different part of the country and abroad and the issue always exists). Everything else works perfect.
Don't worry. I couldn't reset my account password for over a year as every time there was "Oops something wrong, try later".. Trying to contact VM CS, ended up talking to a machine.. In-store assistants kept redirecting to call 150, and 150 kept talking machine language. Now after getting a funny "deal" I am considering to switch. Don't really care of getting lower speeds with someone else; it's a matter of value of service for my money, and customer service.
