virgin rep rang us about virgin cancelation contract

hi there he rang from your company today at 1045 he told me he was from virgin i knew that he wanted to know why we were thinking of leaving and i told him he didnt want us to leave i told him to make contact with my dad he told me he will ring but i need the number he rang on incase he doesnt ring he said he will but now we cancelled the services if he rings back he will sort it so we can keep virgin jonni if number not available we will wait for him to ring

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've given in your notice to leave us.
