virgin account

I cannot sign onto my account as it says my details are incorrect, however the account number and area number are definitely fine- I think they have put my surname down wrong over the phone. I don't know how I can check this and change it to my normal surname without being able to sign on. I have tried calling but so far the options have not been for what I want.

hiya @emmawids welcome to the virginmedia community forum, you could have a chat with customer relations choosing option 4 -5 (thinking of leaving us), they deal with lots of different issues.
