tivo box returnfaulty

3 times i have requested a returns package for a faulty tivo box as the new one arrived without one please can you promise to send me a pack so you will stop emailing me to return it or i will be charged HELP

I am sorry to hear this had not been sent when you previously requested this.

I can see that since you posted to us another request has been placed on the 19th.

If you don't receive this by the middle of next week please let us know. These packages are sent out via Royal Mail business class and can take up to 10 working days at the absolute latest to arrive.
