tivo box not arrived

hi i upgraded my package online to add a tivo box i got a confirmation saying it would be deliverd on the 29th december between 8am 6pm Online order reference: WS3991838  it never arrived 

after numerous phone calls they said we will reschedual for another to be sent out for today 06th january between 8am and 6pm but this assent arrived i know it isnt 6pm yet but the courier as allready been on our street and has not deliverd ive contacted virgin and they say theres no tracking info and the courier say they cant do anything without the tracking info so supposedly 2 boxes been sent but none have arrived Smiley Frustrated

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've had some issues receiving your 2nd box. 

 

it's been a little while since you last posted, has the new box arrived yet?

Yes have to another chat with the online team i recieved it on tuesday took some getting and trouble
