super hub box

I got a new Super Hub box and don't know what to do with the old one, can anyone advise me

hiya @AnnaP best take it to a recycle centre, or could ask virginmedia to send a return packing since its their device and under the WEEE directive the are legally required to do so if you ask.

At present, in regards to broadband equipment, we only require returns of Hub 3.0's. Smiley Happy

Can you provide a reference to a page on the Virgin website where this policy is officially confirmed to be correct?

Otherwise, given that VM's returns policy seems to change on a regular basis, your statement is worthless.

Nice to be able to post again, after their "mistake".
