sending tivo box back

im still waiting on a packing box to return the set top box.

and why i am  getting calls from your overseas call centres 4 calls in 3 days !!!

It can take 7 to 10 working days for it to arrive, if that time frame has passed, pop a quick call into 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any phone and ask for a new return pack to be sent out to you.

If you downgraded/removed a service, the offshore telesales teams would be wanting to contact you, to get you back onto your old setup or something similar to it. You can ask to be opted of marketing calls etc, do that when calling in for a new returns pack. The opt out will take 6 weeks to complete, during that time you'll still receive varying amounts marketing calls.
