I've received several messages reminding me to return equipment that I've already returned, despite being told to throw it away by a customer service rep. I've a receipt for package. Not sure who to contact, or how.
Thanks for your post and apologies that you are still being chased for equipment. Once delivered to us it can sometimes take a few days for things to be recorded on the account.
