"You've got our highest broadband package"

Anyone else got this problem? I'm currently on Vivid 100 and considering upgrading to 200, but this message comes up under the 'Upgrades and offers' tab when I try to change my package. I know it's available in my area as I've checked the postcode thing and even the 300mb is available (Plus there's larger bundles that include the 200, but I'm only interested in broadband). I'm not set on the upgrade just yet but thought I'd ask now for when the time comes and to see if I'm missing something or if there is a potential flaw in the website.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't got the option of upgrading online. Sometimes certain packages are only available when you have other products to go with it. 

 

If you're interested in the 200Mb then speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they will be able to see what they can do.
