I have been made aware that my bill is likely to go up in November bill - I have not had a letter stating this! Is this true and if so can this be done in contract or can I ask to leave my contract if I had no notification>???
All customers will have been notified either by letter or email. Why would they not tell you?

You could make your case to the cancellations department to leave penalty free but ....
