payments by debit card

just a question, i made a payment yesterday by debit card. looked today and it is showing as i made 2 payments, please help

Call and speak to the billing team, people on the forums can't help you due to DPA checks

A manual payment in won't stop the automatic direct debit if you have a direct debit setup. The extra money will remain on your account as balance for next month's bill. Or you can request the other payment to be refunded (via a call to customer services.).
