paying for 200MB download speed and getting 11MB... still
i joined VM last month because of how poor skys broadband speeds were, on the promise that VM would be much better... for about 2 weeks then it all slowed down, I'm tired of hearing "it must be a wiring fault in the premises". this is not the case, if it were then I would never have been able to achieve 203MB download speeds, I work from home, my husband live streams, with 11MB DS I might aswel apply at mcdonalds. ive had enough of these companies offering sugar but giving ****.
this is in no way honouring VMs contract so someone please assist me as I'm close to blowing a gasket.
