Hi,

I have been on chat a number of times and keep on getting cut off.

I have to phone every month to get my bill because no one at Virgin will help me out with my user name and my password.

I think this is a joke and poor service from virgin!

hiya @kirst24kissuk you can find your username by going to https://my.virginmedia.com/forgot-details/username and https://my.virginmedia.com/forgot-details/password since the people on the phone should be able to tell you your username/password once passed security screening
