We need to return our equipment as we can no longer remain with Virgin media as you they do not supply our area. We were told we would receive packaging to enable us to return the equipment. Despite several requests we are still waiting and it is now 6 weeks since we closed our account. If I dispose of the equipment will I be charged? As the equipment is only 6 months old I feel its a dreadful waste of money to have it gathering dust in my garage.
