non collection of equipment

We need to return our equipment as we can no longer remain with Virgin  media as you they do not supply our area. We were told we would receive packaging to enable us to return the equipment. Despite several requests we are still waiting and it is now 6 weeks since we closed our account. If  I dispose of the equipment will I be charged? As the equipment is only 6 months old I feel its a dreadful waste of money to have it gathering dust in my garage.

Many thanks for taking the time to post about the equipment returns pack.

Having taken a look at your account I can see that a pre-paid pack was most recently requested for you yesterday to be sent to your forwarding address.

Please allow up to 10 working days for this to arrive.

If this is not with you by two weeks from today then pop back to us here and we will escalate this for you.
