new customer

I signed up 12 days ago and the only contact i have had is a confirmation letter about my direct debit. No eSign contract, no welcome pack and no confirmation of my installation on the 28th Jan. Beginning  to think this company is a joke.

hiya @martin55 I would be giving the sales team or customer services a call to find out what is going on, since it will be around 5+ days for the forum admin to reply, and more than likely will advise the same due to issues of Data Protection, you can call sales via 0800 052 0422 / 0345 454 1111 or if you goto http://shop.virginmedia.com using PC/laptop a chat box normally appears after a few mins.
