I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your Netflix code.
Looking at the account I can see the code was on the original work order although a voucher code hasn't been generated yet.
I can see you already spoke to the team regarding this. They have filled out an exceptions form and we're waiting for them to come back to us.
I'll check the account on Friday to see if there is any movement.

hi still not heard anything regarding the netflix code.they told me it would take upto 5 days which have now passed.

No code has been updated on the account yet so I have emailed the team chasing this.
