my virgin media account can't verify email address
Can someone help please, I have just joined Virgin Media and I received my email with my account number and area ref number, I tried to create an account on My virgin media so I can view my bills and make payments online. When I try to login it keeps asking me to look for the email which was sent and click the link and verify my email address but I'm not receiving any emails to verify my account. I have looked in Junk folders and all sorts but I haven't received an email, I have even clicked on the link to resend this verify email link, it keeps saying its sent but I'm not receiving anything. I have tried talking on the live chat but I might as well talk to the wall I'm getting know where. Also just to confirm it is my own email account I am using and not one that virgin media set up.
