my bill

Hello!Im writing about my bill,because i dont understand it,I got information that I have to pay 93.39 Pounds.Can u please explain why?
And also the internet connection is very slow and its ''Lagging''  It also takes forever to load a page. Thank You.

hiya @Alicja321 welcome to the virginmedia community forum, sadly the forum admin team don't normally do bill breakdowns, if this your first bill it would normally be higher due to billed a month in advance, since to get a full bill break down you could access your bill online http://my.virginmedia.com or contacting customer services via 150 / 0345 454 1111

as for your internet connection is this happening at all times of the day?, also are you using wired/wireless?, if its wireless can you test it via wired and see if the speed is any better.
