multiple accounts

Hi everyone. I have virgin broadband at three properties. can anyone tell me if i can manage these from one log in rather than having to have three separate email accounts? Is there anywhere to add an account to an existing log in? cheers Graeme

i don't think so or ring them up to put them under one login but i don't know if they can do it

Using VIVID 350 Optical Fibre, Player TV, Talk Weekends

Thanks David, I couldn't see where to do it either. Oh well, best ring them I suppose which is never a happy experience..😖 What's the chances of being able to explain what I want 😳.

Currently there is no way to manage more than one account via the same email address. This is something we've taken feedback on though so you never know. It could well be something we bring in on the future Smiley Happy
