Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue with getting installed at your new address.
It's not very often this happens however when it does happen, we try and get things moving as quickly as we can.
Checking the account, it looks as though the issue here is a Wayleave issue. This means we need permission from elsewhere. This could be if you're renting the house instead of owning it, we'd need permission from the owner. It could also be a neighbour instead if we need access from somewhere they own.
Once we have the permission, we'll be able to get things moving.
