i am registered with the national lottery, in the last week i cant log into their website ,tried to reload nothing ,run diagnostics nothing ,help please

This may be due to your settings of Websafe and Childsafe that you can edit via logging into your My Virgin Media account.
If you can log into the portal and select MY APPS. You'll find Websafe there and can filter these accordingly.
