leaving virgin media

tried to leave virgin media the other day because of costs on my mobile bill I haven't used eventually they said they would put me through to the cancelation department half an hour latter no answer phone went dead tried to ring a few times they must no this number wants to cancel so they don't answer

I'm really sorry to learn you're wanting to leave Virgin Media. Since posting have you managed to get through to the team? 

 

You've mentioned costs on your Mobile bill, are you trying to cancel the Mobile service or the whole service? Depending on which means different contact numbers you see.
