been trying for 2days to book an upgrade every time I put my details in it says incorrect try again..is this to put customers off .they seem to know in the billing office!
I suspect you are not entitled to an upgrade. That site, I believe, is to replace equipment which is becoming obsolete.
Which Superhub do you currently have and which broadband speed are you contracted for?
