how do I downgrade my packate? I'm paying over £45 a month and all I want is WiFi do the basic TV channels. whenever my friends come over they tell me I'm being ripped off as I'm only getting freeview so I only actually need internet
To downgrade ring 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> Confirm your details when prompted -> Choose from the menu Option 4 -> Option 2. Or try asking via the Webchat, using a laptop or desktop, between 8AM to 8PM during the week (9AM to 5PM Sa, closed Su): Account and Billing -> My Broadband, TV and Home phone package -> Chat online. All agents busy? Not a problem, simply tap the page reload button every 3 minutes and check again. Do this until an agent is available.
